We value the participation of our patients to help us shape and develop the services we offer and to feedback when we need to improve the services we offer and how we deliver these services.
We would like to re-establish the quarterly ‘virtual’ meetings, which have been on hold since the Covid pandemic. We hope to establish a zoom meeting for the near future and we will confirm a date soon.
In the meantime, if you would like to join the group and participate in supporting the practice, please submit your application and we will contact you in due course.
